For the Cycle Breakers Navigating Systemic Pressure
Liberated Care Therapy and Consulting provides somatic, trauma-informed support for individuals, groups, and organizations navigating the invisible weight of expectation and burnout. For virtual clients across Ontario and select provinces, I offer relational and somatic support with a focus on rebuilding self-trust, life transitions, and exploring intergenerational money trauma. Extending this work to broader spaces, organizational partnerships offer a way to provide consulting, speaking, and workshop facilitation designed to address the somatic impact of survival mode and build more sustainable paths forward.

Welcome to Liberated Care!
Why Work with Me
Honestly? It took me a long time to embrace that my future could include private practice and entrepreneurship specifically.
I came to this work through my own unravelling — learning to listen to my body, doing my own money work, figuring out what liberation actually feels like from the inside. I am still learning to swim as an adult, still afraid of large bodies of water — although I love the Caribbean Sea and oceans. Like many people, I contain multitudes. That's actually what this work is about — learning to be with the parts of yourself that don't quite make sense yet.
I started Liberated Care because I believe liberation is a practice — and because I know what it means to move through systems that were never built with me in mind. As a Black woman, an eldest daughter, and someone from an immigrant family, I wanted a space where that context isn't just acknowledged — it's central.
People tell me I am calm and resourceful, that I am easy to talk to. They know I'll give it to them straight. I take these as compliments.
You deserve care that gets your context. That's what I'm here for.
And if your hormones and mental health are part of your story — PMDD, perimenopause, PCOS/PMOS — know you can bring that here too.
