Ways we can work together
-

Clarity Session
A 25-minute focused session. Sometimes you just need a dedicated space to untangle a specific moment. Maybe you could do with a bit of support or you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of a quick perspective shift. You bring the specific concern—whether it's a difficult conversation or a decision you're weighing—and we’ll use a somatic lens to find your center and your next move.
-

1:1 Strategy Session
A focused 60-minute or 90-minute session for professionals navigating interviewing, workplace dynamics, career transitions, or leadership challenges. Or for other clients looking to turn confusion into clarity. Come with a specific situation or question. Leave with perspective, more confidence, and your next steps.
-

You Are The Strategy
You already have what it takes. Sometimes you just need someone in your corner who can see it clearly — and help you walk in knowing it too. This is a focused engagement for BIPOC professionals preparing for a high-stakes threshold moment — an interview, a negotiation, a leadership opportunity — in a space that wasn't built with you in mind. We hold the feelings and get to the strategy. Both. At the same time. Includes document review and prep work, one 60-minute live strategy session, and follow-up notes.

Sustained Support: 3-Month Package
Some things need more than a single session or even two sessions. This container is for people ready to explore their relationship with money, navigate a career or professional transition, or make sense of what they're carrying in a system that wasn't built for them — without losing themselves in the process. Over three months, we work together on what you bring. Every engagement includes nervous system support, help finding language and clarity for what you're navigating, and connection to the systemic context shaping your experience — because what you're dealing with rarely starts with you. We hold the feelings and get to the strategy. Both. At the same time. Two ways to enter: come for money work (trauma-informed, somatic, and rooted in your actual story) or come for professional and career support (navigating institutions, transitions, and the complexity of doing meaningful work while staying whole). Both are welcome here. Sessions are 60 minutes, designed for twice monthly. Community rates available. Book a complimentary 15-minute conversation to see if this is the right fit.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes, I do! I offer a complimentary 15-minute "vibe check" (consultation) for us to connect, discuss your current goals, and see if my approach is the right fit for you.
Because this is a brief, focused touchpoint to see how we click, it doesn't extend into a full strategy or working session. Instead, it’s a gentle space for you to ask questions and for us to decide how we want to move forward together.
-
Absolutely. You do not need to be in a high-stress crisis to deserve support. Most of the people who find their way to me simply want a sounding board. They are brilliant at what they do but feel a wave of nervousness when talking about themselves, or they are navigating a quiet transition and want to feel grounded as they take their next steps. Whether you want to practice for a single upcoming interview or slowly build your confidence over time, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
-
I offer a few different ways to work together depending on what you need: a 60-minute focused session is $150, a 90-minute deep-dive intensive is $220, and my sustained support package is $450 per month (or $1,350 for three months) for ongoing, relational career guidance. We can easily map out which of these options makes the most sense for your goals during our brief, complimentary consultation.

Several clients have been able to use their PD funds to access my services. Because this work is non-clinical and strictly focused on professional growth, leadership strategy, and career transitions, it is often eligible for coverage under employer-sponsored professional development (PD) or continuing education budgets. I am more than happy to provide you with a detailed invoice and receipt that you can submit to your organization or HR department for reimbursement.

After we have our free Vibe Check (initial consultation), the choice to move forward is entirely in your hands. If we both feel like we are aligned and want to work together, the next step is to sign up with your contact details to create your account here. You will be prompted to pay when you book a service. Once you’ve signed up, send me a quick message on the platform, and I will send over a service agreement for you to sign. If any lingering questions pop up, you can message me through the booking platform or by email at carewithcandice@gmail.com.
-
Yes! I am based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, but because this career and leadership strategy work is non-clinical, we are not restricted by geographic borders. While many of my clients are Canadian, my previous experience as a recruiter included working directly with US markets and clients. The core of what we do—unwinding interview anxiety, grounding your nervous system, and finding your professional voice—is completely universal. If you are located in the US or elsewhere, we can use our brief consultation to make sure my experience aligns well with your specific local job market and career goals.
