Collective Wellbeing at the Intersection of Equity x Mental Health
Liberated Care Therapy and Consulting provides somatic, trauma-informed support for high-achieving individuals, groups, and organizations navigating the invisible weight of expectation and burnout. Extending this work to organizational partnerships, I am deeply interested in how teams interact, build trust, and sustain themselves over time. Workplaces, groups, and organizations are living communities, profoundly shaped by the broader socio-political environments we inhabit. Burnout is a topic that comes up often, but it cannot be solved with a one-off presentation. Partnering with organizations and teams for ongoing mental health consulting offers the possibility of bringing a continuous, grounded presence to support you through leadership coaching, team mediation, and trauma-informed facilitation. I offer spaces to slow down, dialogue, and prioritize nervous system awareness and psychological safety. By directly addressing the unique institutional fatigue often carried by marginalized and racialized professionals, we can move past temporary fixes and better orient your entire culture toward long-term sustainability and collective care. Ways we can work together
-

Keynotes & Speaking Engagements
I bring a relational, reflective presence to panels, keynotes, and organizational gatherings, intentionally disrupting the standard "lecture" format to create a space that feels grounded and deeply human. My talks bridge clinical insight with systemic reality, offering audiences a shared vocabulary to understand the invisible weights they carry. I speak on themes like moving past individual burnout solutions, centering nervous system awareness in high-stakes environments, and directly addressing the distinct institutional fatigue carried by marginalized and racialized professionals. These sessions are designed to be far more than a checklist of wellness tips—they are an invitation for groups to slow down, check in with their bodies, and shift how they orient toward collective care.

Embedded Mental Health Advisor (3 to 4 month retainer)
For organizations navigating a season of significant transition, cultural friction, or a desire to deeply integrate structural wellness, I offer a contained 3-to-4 month project-based retainer. Acting as an embedded Mental Health and Equity Advisor, I step into your organizational ecosystem as an on-deck, responsive resource for both your leadership team and staff. Rather than reacting to workplace stress after it arises, we map out a proactive plan for the season—integrating strategic advisory for HR, responsive team mediation, leadership coaching, and a curated rhythm of somatic workshops. This high-touch, short-term partnership provides your culture with a consistent, grounded clinical presence, giving your team the real-time relational tools to orient toward long-term sustainability.

Workplace Mental Health Audit (project based)
For leadership teams who want a clear, honest assessment of their organizational wellness, I conduct project-based mental health audits centered on deep listening. Instead of using dry, rigid compliance checklists, this qualitative process involves conducting intentional, trauma-informed interviews and focus groups to understand the relational dynamics influencing trust, alignment, and collective exhaustion. Synthesizing these conversations with a therapist's clinical lens and a deep appreciation for narrative themes, I produce a comprehensive insight report and roadmap for leadership. This brief outlines the invisible systemic undercurrents within your ecosystem and provides human-centered, structural recommendations to help your organization move toward better support your team's mental health.

Questions You Might Have
-
Most organizations and teams I work with find it helpful to talk things through. I am happy to offer a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your team's general needs, timeline, budget, and any context you think might be important to share.
If there is budget alignment, I would be happy to submit a proposal. Please allow for 6 to 8 weeks before your event date when reaching out with an inquiry.
-
To preserve the experiential, spacious, and deeply reflective nature of somatic practice, standard workshop includes space for 25 to 50 particpants. This ensures everyone has the necessary support and room for engagement and relational learning.
-
Because these workshops are designed to be highly experiential, relational, and confidential, sessions are generally not recorded. This protects the psychological safety of the container and allows participants to share openly. However, I am happy to provide a follow-up resource sheet or take-home summary with key somatic practices for your team's ongoing use.

I primarily partner with local organizations in the Greater Toronto Area for both in-person and virtual sessions. While my main focus is local, I am open to discussing remote, virtual contracts for non-local or global organizations depending on scheduling, alignment, and capacity.
For any local, in-person bookings that require travel outside of my immediate area, standard travel expenses will be factored into the proposal.
