Couples + Duos Therapy

Two-Person Work

This space is for two people in relationship — whether romantic partners, friends, siblings, or collaborators — who want support navigating conflict, deepening connection, or repairing trust.

I support pairs experiencing:

  • Rupture, tension, or emotional distance - Recent conflict, accumulating hurt, or feeling disconnected even when you care about each other

  • Communication breakdowns - Patterns where conversations spiral, shut down, or feel like you’re not hearing (or being heard)

  • Intimacy or caregiving mismatches - Different needs for closeness, touch, sex, caregiving, emotional labor, or decision making, especially common for parents trying to “do it differently” than what they grew up with

  • Resentment around roles, money, or responsibilities - Imbalances in labor, financial stress, unspoken expectations, or feeling under supported

  • Transitions and identity shifts - Life changes, parenting, career shifts, grief, or evolving relational needs

  • Power dynamics that shape the relationship - How identity, culture, family history, or intergenerational trauma patterns influence how each of you care, cope, and connect

  • Partnership dynamics in business relationships – Supporting co-founders or business partners in building alignment, trust, and clarity around communication, decision-making, and financial dynamics, whether you are navigating transitions, maintaining a strong collaboration, or preparing for future challenges

How It Works

  • First step: Introductory Check-in

I offer a 15-minute complimentary initial appointment for our first meeting to meet both of you, allow for the space to ask questions, share my process, and learn about hopes.

  • Second step: Schedule our first session

If we decide to move forward, I will send you a consent form and then you or I will book a 75-minute virtual first appointment, which will allow us to start mapping out what is working well and not working well. We can also discuss logistics and scheduling.

  • Third step: Make a Care Plan

If things still feel in alignment from our first session, we’d have a 60-minute session together to focus on therapeutic and somatic care.
