Somatic Money Work

Supporting you to break intergenerational cycles, process money anxiety, and find freedom in your nervous system
My Approach
Money touches everything: your sense of safety, your ability to rest, your relationships (including the one with yourself), and even your self-worth.
And yet, most of us were never taught how to engage with money in a way that actually feels good. We carry intergenerational trauma, systemic harm, and inherited beliefs into our bank accounts… and then we blame ourselves when things feel chaotic, disconnected, or out of sync.
My approach to this work is informed by my certification as a Trauma of Money™ practitioner, a framework that looks at money in the context of systems and adopts a shame-free lens. We carry the stories we inherited as well as the many messages from our education systems, banks, and the many layers connected to societal pressures. If you are curious to learn more, check out some of my reflections in my blogs.

I support individuals and couples/duos in navigating their relationship with money through a somatic, trauma-informed lens. As a Certified Canadian Counsellor, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying, and certified Trauma of Money™ practitioner, we can explore money patterns and get to root causes. Looking at trauma and mental health, we work within a clinical therapy framework. This is eligible for standard health insurance coverage.

For professionals and cycle-breakers seeking a structured approach to shifting financial behaviors, this pathway moves beyond traditional therapy to focus on capacity-building and systemic agency. As a certified Trauma of Money™ practitioner, I provide a mentorship-led container where we dismantle the 'money scripts' inherited from family, culture, and systems of power. This work is focused on building new nervous system capacity, operationalizing your values, and cultivating financial self-trust. This pathway may be eligible for employer-sponsored Professional Development (PD) funds or seeking specialized coaching outside of a clinical framework. Some clients might opt for private pay in instances where there is no PD option.
